MS60 not connecting with nighthawk c7000v2 modem router

Its basically a wash.
If you put the C7000 in bridge mode, it disables its wifi and leaves only 1 ethernet port active. It effectively becomes a modem only device.
In access point mode for the ms60, it would leave the c7000 controlling all the routing/parental controls options.
so it basically just comes down to how you want to manage it. Do you prefer managing it through the MS60 controls or through the c7000's controls.
And yes, the ms60 has access point mode. page 67 of the manual walks you through it.
