If the answers to the above questions are 'yes, yes, yes'-the answer is 'no'. This is not what you would call "normal".

The answers are yes it sounds like it's being switched off and on intermittently what do you suggest I do

If it happens at the same time every night, you need to figure out what is the same about 1930 every night. Is it a power issue? Is it a heat issue? EIther way, when electronic devices make clicking noises (when they're not supposed to), it is not usually a good sign. Possibly a relay or switch in it is going bad.
