N300 range extender setup issue

Hello, when I try to connect to the wireless extender it prompts me with a page to login to the device instead of starting a new one. How do I fix this so I can setup the device?

    maybe it was setup prior. 

    have you tried factory resetting by pushing and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on? This should get you back to factory settings so you can go through installation. 

    I prefer setting up extenders through a hardwired connection. They tend to go faster and install smoother.
