N300 wifi range extender

I purchased the N300 WiFi Range Extender, model #EX2700. Excuse my ignorance, I'm sure you've been asked the following question. While setting up manually, I got to the sign in screen, my information doesn't match. I've reset back to factory settings and still get the same message. How do I get the info or a clean state so I can start over? I can't afford to speak to customer service (which I find ridiculous being it is their product). Anyhow, I'm going to return it if this ends up being an issue but, I'd rather not if I don't have to. Thank You in advance.

    When doing the reset did you hold the button for 10+ seconds?

      I did restore factory settings and I can get the chance to sign in again and start over, however when I do that I enter admin and password and I'm told that's incorrect by the site.

        Did you try another web browser when doing the setup and make sure pop up blockers are not causing issues?
