Netgear mesh WiFi extender EX7700- connection failed with Sony television

Hi, I recently bought this range extender. All phones and laptops working extremely well at all points of house. Since I plugged it in, our Sony Bravia TV’s internet connection has dropped. Our WiFi is listed, but when I attempt to connect, the connection fails. Turn off the Netgear extender and it reconnects to the WiFi no problem. Can anyone help? Thank you!
