New configuration issue
Hi
I have a wndr3400 router where is attached a wnp802 access point.
Before i used another wnp802 as repeter ap to repeat the signal without any password but only with mac adress control and i connect also my wired network: the connection is very good. I can use my 4mb connection at full speed. I can download at 500kb/s
Now i bought a wn3000rp and i use a wpa2-psk protection and i connect to the router's wifi directly.
The connection is slowly than the first configuration.
I can download only at 350-400kb/s
Why?
Is due to the protection?
In the first configuration i don't use protection because is not possible.

- damiiiAspirantI tried with no protection with wn3000rp but the results don't change.
I'm not able to explain why with a very old wnp802 ap (used as repeter) i have a very good connection and with this new wn3000rp no. - damiiiAspirantI tried a new configuration: i used the AP WNP802 with WPA2 protection and i connected my new WNP3000RP to this AP.
The result is very good. Good ping and good download speed.
I think that the problem is probably from my router WNDR3400...
