I bought a new AC2200 and when I try log in to the device it appears to already have a set username and password?

Also when I try register it says that it’s already registered? I got this from a main retailer today Argos UK

Can someone help me get this registered to me? And username password on device reset?

Looks like someone may have purchased used and return it to retailer then I have been given it
