Nighthawk AC1900 desktop wifi extender (EX7000-100 NAS)

I have the above listed model of wifi extender which worked 2 days ago and now is undiscoverable by my wifi hook up.  All lights are green and working.  The extender has not been moved.  It just stopped being recongnized.  I have shut off the internet and reconnected, still nothing.  I go to the app and it can not hook up because there is no netgear address to be found.  Help!!

    What router is it connecting to? 

    What firmware is on the extender? 

    What are all the leds on it doing? color/blinking/solid

    If you hardwire into the extender (disable wifi on whatever device you connect to it), are you able to access the extender via the

    mywifiext   .   net?
