I installed my new EX7700 with iphone app per instructions, now my 5G on my R7000P does not work.  i cannot get support.  no number available on the web site.  very poor and unacceptable support from Netgear.   i have wasted over 6 hours now on brand new wifi from Netgear that does not work!!   i spent a lot of money and I'm very disappointed.

Which instructions did you follow? the wps or using the installation assistant?

Tell me more about "my 5g doesn't work". what exactly is happening? 

Is it broadcasting but you can't connect, is it connecting but saying "connected, no internet", is it not connecting at all? 

What exactly is happening? We need details to be able to help. 

What firmware is on the extender?
What firmware is on the R7000P?
