Problem with dropped Madden 12 games xbox 360 with WNR3500 and WNDR4000

Having trouble again with Disconnects playing Madden 12 on xbox 360! Driving me crazy.

First I had the Netgear WNR3500 that worked for years and what I used in the league without any trouble, and even tried my old Linksys wrt54g and all disconnected. I chalked up the disconnecting to possibly routers going bad?? But they seemed to work well for everything else including other xbox live games.

I went out and bought one of the newest Netgear wndr4000 that is "best gaming router" in some reviews.... and my first game last night with the xbox static IPed, and that IP DMZed in the router I got a lost connection to peer error again and received another loss although I was winning.
All other games like Gears of War, MW3 I get full bars with no lag, and it passes the xbox test with flying colors and open NAT etc.

I found a disable sip alg option beside the open nat one that I'm going to try tonight along with trying to port trigger the ports ... I'm desperate.

My questions to you guys regarding your setup since you don't disconnect are:

Do you have your xbox set up as static IP or automatic (letting router hand out IP)?
Do you have the "Disable Port Scan and DOS protection" disabled?
Do you have Upnp enabled?
Do you have any ports forwarded? Port triggered? Or DMZed?
Do you have "disable sip alg" checked (disabled)?

If it's not my router(s) problem then it has to be some type of incompatibility of EA servers and my Cable Modem Arris 604g (had Cable company swap it out in case it was bad) that carries my bundle of phone and internet service through Suddenlink. Or could be my ISP signal although I've had numerous techs check it out.

Please help me!
Thanks
