Returning an ex1620
Hi there,
I bought one of these models 5 months ago and the performance has become substandard the last 3 months. How do I get a replacement if based in the UK? Even using a lan I am getting connection speeds of 3mb. It was great the first few months but now is a disaster. I have tried everything -resetting it, changing the IP, restarting it through WPS, it keeps connecting and disconnecting . I paid a lot for it so don’t see why the performance should be so poor.
