Set up

The instructions tell me to log onto wifi through the device, however when connecting th PC to the device it is then unable to connect to the wifi router as this needs another connection. Can't connect to two wifi networks. Please advise

    What device are you setting up? 

    Did you watch the video for setup? Most devices have an install video on the support site.

    go to netgear.com/support/   type in your actual model number and it'll take you to the support site
