Twitter app on iPhone doesn't refresh on wifi

I'm using the DGN1000 and sometimes when I go to refresh twitter on the app it doesn't work. I have no idea what might be stopping it. It works fine with other routers.

DGNxx is not access point.   It is router and belongs to http://forum1.netgear.com/forumdisplay.php?f=33
