I seem to have the same problem. Sometimes the ip drops out and changes to 169.254.237-XX with a sub of 255.255.0.0. I have no other network issues only the AP.
It should be 192.168.1.XX and a sub of 255.255.225.0. The DHCP is handled by my VPN SRX5308
