WN3000RP v1 gives no option to update firmware

I want to update firmware on my WN3000RP. It looks like the v1 photo on netgear.com. I connected my PC to the WN3000RP by Ethernet cable, but when I open the range extender's web page, I see no options like Maintenance, Settings, or Firmware. I held down the Factory Reset button with a paperclip, waited for it to reset, and reconfigured it to my router, looking for an option like Maintenance, Settings, or Firmware, at every step, and never saw it. (I also don't see those options when I connect by WiFi to the range extender's web page.) How do I update firmware? The attached picture shows what I see at the range extender's web page.

    have you tried a differnet pc or browser?

    It doesn't look like any of the settings are displaying.

      That worked, thank you! I tried Microsoft Edge, and it shows the Maintenance and other options. I'm puzzled why Chrome didn't work, but whatever.
