Yes I tried a factory reset but no difference
- And where in the process did it fail? What have you tried doing? What method of install are you using? Details help more than "tried it."
Extender stopped working so moved closer to the hub - no change
Installed extender in the same room as the hub - no change.
Reset factory settings then followed up with WPS button to connect to existing WiFi network. LED flashes through sequence & then stops. LED does not light solid green. Nor does the router link LED illuminate
I can operate the Client link LED from my mobile but no connection to WiFi.
I'm afraid I can't tell you much more. The NETGEAR EXT symbol on my laptop shows OPEN with a password protected symbol above.
Probably just coincidence but received a win10 upgrade around same time as extender failed
