WNDR3300 help

I've tried searching for an answer but have had no luck. For the last few months "you tube" videos will not play when connected to the wifi. Nothing on main computer, ipad or phones. If a strong cell signal is present it works fine.. My network shuts the playback off. It worked fine awhile ago. I'm a newbie at this and would really appreciate anybody's help with this. And sorry if I offended someone.. Steve:confused::confused:
