I have tried all the remedies suggested in the manual. Still connects, but no internet access. Anything else I should try?
What router are you connecting it to?
What firmware is on the extender?
What "methods" did you try? (details help)
Router is a NETGEAR AC1200 model R6220, not sure about firmware for the extender.
Methods tried... WPS pairing, factory reset.
Did you try install it using the installation assistant?
What gateway is the router connected to?
