network connection error
network connection error, failed to connect...unrecognized error:not associated
That's the message from a network I use every day till today. Wifi EXT still works on 2 android phones and 2 android tablets but not the Acer Chromebook. It does connect to a different network but not this one which is the wifi extender network (EXT)that works for all other devices throughout our house. This has not happened before. Tried to disable/enable, restarted the CB. No change. Same error. It will connect to the main network/router, but not the EXT network which worked up to 8 hrs ago. All other devices working fine on the EXT network. Also restarted the EXT device but no change. The EXT device (netgear) still connected to main router and pushing out strong signal to other devices.

The client (Chromebook) will decide which network to connect to based on signal strength. You may try forgetting the EXT network on your chromebook or performing a factory reset on the extender by pressing down on the reset button for 15+ seconds and going through the setup instructions again.
