Device Manager XR500 not loading

The device manager is not loading then receiving an error message that the R-Apps cannot load. I already increased the retry to the max of 5 tries. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

They go over some steps to fix it.

Try restarting your router.

Have you tried using another browser? You might need to clear your cache and cookies in the browser you are having issues in.

Hi,

 

The firmware version I currently have is V2.3.2.56. Do you think by downgrading to a different version it will fix it?

Yes not even once but more than twice. I even restart it once a month hoping it might fix by itself.

Hi,

 

I downgrade my firmware from V2.3.2.56  to V2.1.0.4. Restart my router then upgrade it back to V2.3.2.56. Restart my router again and now I'm seeing the Device Manager showing both on the Web and Mobile version. I hope it will stay the same until a new firmware update will be release. Stay tune...
