The first issue is the unblocking of a device fails with an RPC error. I comes back with a different one one subsequent unblocking attempts. Deleting the device/s resolves the block.
@Netduma-Fraser So far both of the devices are wired. Also one is Win10 pro that mostly does folding all the time. The other is a Tivo. My main computer that I use, also Win10 pro and wired, but used actively, does not go to an offline state that I have seen.
