- Device manager tends to show as offline device too quickly when they are not (then they are back online a second later) like the TV when you are streaming (when it stops buffering it turns offline then online a second later when it resumes buffering)

I too have this issue. I have a Raspberry Pi and a SynologyNAS that both pop offline and then back online all the time in device manager.

I've been told by a dev that this is normal, if they're not receiving any packets at the time then they will go offline quickly. In the case of WiFi it shouldn't be as quick unless the device is disconnected.
