I seem to recall reading about someone else having this issue on the beta but I cant find the post now.
Bascially on the device manager page ethernet connected devices show as jumping on & offline every min or so. This doesnt happen to every ethernet device at the same time its just various ones at various times. I even have 1 or 2 that just show as offline all the time even though they are not because I can access them.
Note that this doesn't seem to affect the actual connectivity of the devices.
