@elCuculuz that is very weird, if that happens again please grab the log file from the System Information page.

@Jawwk Are you using IPv6 at all or just PPPoE/VLAN?

@Raf1212 Use https://pastebin.com/ to paste the contents of the log and then post the link please

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)

@Raf1212 thanks for the log. When you added a device to Traffic Prioritization the two times you did it did you get an error appear? Did those rules prioritize correctly?

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)

@Netduma-Fraser I do not remember exactly, it showed an error, it can not be added because the rules, they feel they are already added ,or something like that, today the wifi devices began to disappear, the galaxy note phone, and the scheduled tests were deleted, it is not possible to add a new one or perform the test manually, with an error the rapp application has not been loaded , I will add that when trying to perform the test, it does not show the speeds added during installation, it only shows the current test lines

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)

@Netduma-Fraser I´ve the same Issues like @Jawwk Congestion Control doesn´t work with Upload at least. Download hasn´t worked either. But after i clicked on "Download Share excess" and disabled it, then re-enabled it. Then the Download Congestion Works. But the Upload Congestion didn´t work.

My Router Settings:

IPv6 Disabled.

VLan 7  prio 0

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)

@minino I don't think it is anything necessarily on your end, I just took a look using my ISP router and every server shows packet loss.

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)

So this version is a big improvement from the last. I was having to reboot 4-5 times daily once the router started disconnection devices and would sometimes reboot on its own. First 5 days were great, zero problems but on the 6th day I lost internet on some devices and was completely locked out soon after. I have all on my devices with a reserved ip address. Anything else I might try?

Everytime I run the Connetion Test, I get a monstorously high Ping at the start.Screenshot 2020-12-08 085901.jpg

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108

Since updating, Plex from my home server, over Wifi, constantly buffers, no issues wired. Not an issue I had prior to the update and not sure how to troubleshoot this one further (no changes have been made on my server). Am also unable to connect to my home server on the local network using Remote Desktop; no change made on server, same ip address reserved and applied. No reason I can think of for it not to connect.

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)

I can confirm I am no longer experiencing my devices going offline for no reason on the latest beta (V2.3.2.108)! It seems like the issue has been fixed.

Keep up the good work! Smiley Happy

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)

what is the solutions? @Netduma-Fraser and another question, how can I put several ports in traffic prioritization? It only lets me put an initial and output one but there are several ports that I want to open

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)

@Xcel that’s great to hear. Probably 5/6 days was the length of the DHCP lease, are you using a pure modem or modem/router from the ISP? If the latter, give the XR a static/reserved IP and it should prevent that happening if that was the reason.
@MattyAu have you tried adjusting the Congestion Control percentages while using Always to see if the results go down? In WAN Settings toggle IGMP Proxying and also switch NAT to Open. Also try disabling QoS completely in the Congestion Control 3 line option menu and see if that helps.
@minino In my opinion this update is the most stable one so far but there will be at least one more build to address the issues reported so far.
@jericho246 great to hear that, thanks for the feedback!
@minino what do you mean what are the solutions? If you provide the rules you want to add I can best advise on how to add them correctly.

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)

@minino make 4 rules, have each source ports range from 1-65535 and then enter those ports as the destination.

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)

@Netduma-Fraser but how do I separate the ports, with, or: ... I don't understand, it just lets me put a port as I could put all of them as port forwarding
