Good morning. Once I updated the router I reset .
Playing in Geo-filter nothing ever appears.
The reset operation I tried at least twice .

Are you playing on Console or on PC? You don't appear to have any games open there on your PC.

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.120 (XR500)
Is this after upgrading to the new firmware? I'd suggest resetting by holding the reset pin on the back of the router for thirty seconds, you should then be able to access the interface and run through the setup wizard again.

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.120 (XR500)
We are working on it, I appreciate it's been a while. We're currently working on a new build system that can automate a lot of the process of building firmwares. This should massively increase the frequency of new firmwares in future once it's done, thanks for your patience!

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.120 (XR500)
Interesting, one thing worth echoing what Fraser mentioned in that you need to hold the reset button for at least thirty seconds for it to factory reset.
Glad to hear it's working better now nonetheless, thanks for your feedback and let us know if you run into anything else!

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.120 (XR500)
Simply unacceptable. I've had this xr500 for almost a year now, and it's clearly an unfinished product. When I found this community over 6 months ago, I held out hope that a new firmware and dumaOS upgrade was in the works to make this a complete product. There's no other way to put it than you failed.
This is my FIRST and LAST Netgear product, EVER.
I went back to my Amazon purchase from a year ago and was sure to provide a review that pointed at this particular community thread, so prospective buyers can preview what they're in for and spend their money elsewhere. I'm pleased every time I see my review marked as helpful.
I know there are probably some good folks working behind the scenes at Netgear, so perhaps my feedback doesn't apply-- but it's your fault for staying there. Leave and find a better company to work for.

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.120 (XR500)
I know it's been a long time since we released a new beta firmware for the XR500, it's partly due to a lot of internal improvements here at Netduma.
We've been working on new, more automated systems for building and testing firmwares. They're both massive projects but they're nearly done and are currently functional. This has been one of the factors causing these delays but it will mean we're able to build and release firmwares far more regularly.
I understand if you're not interested in using your XR500 anymore, but if you change your mind please know that we are most certainly working on it and hope to have new firmware for you all soon.

I have the same opinion about the XR500 which does have serious issues with the wifi as you know (NFS, Samba, SSH, etc..). If this silly problem could be fixed AT LAST, that could be fine. But I doubt very much. The XR500 is not finished. For the Wifi, I have to use a TP-LINK AP plugged into the XR500. It's just crazy.
