XR450 DumaOS 3.0 Firmware

I have been keeping an eye on this unfolding of the DumaOS 3.0 beta for the the XR500 and haven't really seen anything for any other systems. I have an XR450 and I was wondering if the beta for the XR500 is also going to be for the XR450 or if the XR450 will have its own beta?

So here are my initial results and findings after loading v106 on my XR450:

I see this message when using MS Edge:

I'll try some other browsers as well to check this. 

1st speed test thru the setup wizard is working:

1st Connection Benchmark test results WITH QoS enabled:

2nd Connection Benchmark speed test WITH QoS Disabled:

Ooklas speed test app results with QoS Disabled:

I see that the Connection Benchmark results are not reporting anything near 900Mpbs. This seems to have migrated over from other Duma testing I have found. 

All these speeds results are from the XR450 connected double NAT behind a R7960P router thats connected to a CAX80 running in modem only mode.

Don't access with HTTPS, I don't think that is really fixable. Speeds through benchmark should coincide with the current state of the 500 so that will be improved upon. Definitely need to fine tune QoS there!

I haven't tried accessing HTTPS. Why I was surprised to this after loading FW and I factory reset and started walking thru the setup wizard.

I presume this is coming from the FW?

That is odd, if you try to load it in an incognito window does it happen again even when using http?

No I don't see that window appear, if this is correct:

It gave me the log in screen then the dashboard screen loaded...

I closed the private window and logged in with the non private Edge browser and I got the log in screen. After I hit enter, "Your current browser does not support HTTPS on DumaOS." appears.

I tried Opera and Opera GX browsers and they both don't display the HTTPS message window.

I've made a topic for the HTTPS message but got a reply from a dev that it is expected behavior as the browser tries to be clever and redirect you to HTTPS and that message is normal when accessing HTTPs.

Ok, went online yesterday with the XR450 as main host router with Beta FW loaded. Looking good thus far. No other configurations set up currently. I have two EX7700s connected for additional coverage. 

One thing I notice the NH app doesn't work with iOS 14 which is a Apple issue. 

Android App work, however doen't show the two connected EX extenders. 

Otherwise, XR450 seems to be working nicely. 

Still offers Full Cone NAT support:

Not bad for 5Ghz AC.
