@nferguzl how often does that occur? Did you flush the cloud before the error appeared?

Yes I did flush the cloud. I also reflashed the firmware using tftp and loaded factory defaults. After a couple of days the ping heatmap r-app does not load.

@nferguzl if servers are showing up correctly no need to flush the cloud, we pushed an update the other day so should be working now. In System Information in the Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 then reboot the router and see if it works for longer.

im sorry if this is a stupid question but how do i update the frimware to use beta

No problem at all!

Open up your web browser and go to http://www.routerlogin.net.
Log into your XR500 using the admin username and password.
Click Settings > Administration > Firmware Upgrade page.
Click Browser and locate the firmware image file.
Click Upload.
Wait for the firmware upgrade to complete.

@LukeEyre01 no it doesn't, you have to use the specific firmware built for the XR500 which you can find in this forum, literally the topic under this one.
