J'aimerais acheter un routeur r7000 mais je voudrais savoir si celui ci permettera de diminuer les pertes de paquets ?

Packet loss can be anywhere, ISP services, Modem, router, WiFi, Cabling or PC.
Use pingplotter.com program to check for packet loss between PC and ISP services. Test with PC directly connected to modem, then again with a router connected.

Something you'll have to try. However again, if you have issues before hand, you need to identify where they are coming from other wise change to a different router may not solve anything.
