Best wifi channels?
I’ve been told that I should probably be using a different channel for both the 2.4 and 5 ghz channels, but how do I figure out which channels would be the best for my connection? And what would changing this do to help my connection?

There's been a ton of articles written about this. Basically it comes down to overlapping. Here's an article that encompasses 2.4ghz and 5ghz info that goes into much more detail. In the sake of not repeating it endlessly, try the article. its fairly short and very informative.
