Hello All,

I'm sorry to hear there are quite a few of you that cannot access the community! Let's make sure this is not a simple browser cache issue by following the steps below.

1. Click the small “Lock” icon to the left of the URL address bar

2. Click on “Cookies”

3. Click "Remove" for every entry in the allowed list

Please let me know what error you are seeing so I can investigate this issue further!

Thank you for trying to help! Unfortuunately, I cleared both cache and cookies, but access is still being denied.

When I attempt to join the beta forum I get an error message that says access denied.

Hello @Fuzy 

I checked our initial invitations and didn't see your email address listed. We have started with a small handful of testers to ensure we don't have any major bugs that could compromise the use of the router! We are also starting with US and UK to start but are agressively working to include other countries as soon as we can. 

I'll let you know once we start opening up the beta to the other countries! 🙂
