Can't do anything on DumaOS with XR500
Hi everyone
Somehow recently when I try to access my admin panel (DumaOS) I see the actual content for a few seconds and then it changes to the following message:
You are no longer connected to your router. If your router is rebooting then keep this page open as it will automatically reconnect to the router's interface when the reboot is complete. Otherwise please check your connection e.g. you are connected to the correct router.
Even though I am connected to the correct router and have internet access... I also tried to reset my router but I'm still having the same issue?

What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
What browser are you using? Try FF or Opera.
Wire or wireless connected to the XR router?

Try your browser's incognito mode/private browsing mode. If this works, you can clear your browser's cache and this should fix the problem.
