I've responded to you on the Netduma forum but What happens when you try to unblock the device via the app or via the interface?

The app or the website show the unblock as successful and Saved, but it doesn’t work.

I know you don't want to do a factory reset but I think this will be best for now as I believe it will require testing and developers to take a look. I'll message the team and ask them to test.
