Ok, looks like a PC issue. Reset and working ok on a different PC and a Mac. So must be some firewall or related issue on this PC. Still having issue, on all machines, of R-Apps only working on fresh boot of the XR700, then stopping later on. Known overheating or firmware issue?

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
What browser are you using? Happens in FF or Opera?
Be sure to clear out all browser caches before entering into the routers web page.
I thought this recent version of FW was supposed to fix this...
- Netduma-FraserDec 10, 2019NetDuma PartnerIt may be the Windows Firewall itself so try disabling/putting through an exception for the interface address. In System Information on the R-App panel options change the number of retry attempts to 5 and then reboot. Does that help at all?
