I noticed this in my logs not sure what is going on here but I'm a bit more concerned that a 'sync' and 'download' is done over http not https. Any answers about what this is and will it try again and are all 'mirrors'back up? Thanks.

This is nothing to worry about, the latest cloud database is already present on the router. So it's not downloading a new version. The logs are quite verbose so it is primarily aimed at giving developers useful information should an issue arise rather than for customers to use.
