Corrupted xr500

my xr500s power light is flashing white i believe this is due to corrupted data i have tried to reset it usingthe 30 30 30 reset method but had no luck can anyone help ?

You can try recovering it using tftp or nmrpflash. 

are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp

Were you having any issues associated with this or just the flashing? Either way TFTP should resolve it.
