I just purchased and set up the XR500, I meticuously added each device and re-named them both using the web app and the phone app (they have different options for setting connection description - the web app is limited and has maybe 8 options and the phone app has at least 30 options IE: xbox, PC, android phone, etc)
On the web app I only see a few devices connected but the rest of them show offline in the network map - they are not idle they are currently being used. Also, on the network monitor only the ones that display as Online show the traffic.
I updated to the latest firmware when I set it up today.
Has anyone else experienced this?

XR500 V2.3.2.40 - shows the latest firmware.
After a soft reboot (through the mobile app) it seems to have corrected the online/offline mix of devices and they are now showing usage on the monitor so it looks like it's all working correctly after a soft reboot.
Thank you

Re: Device Manager / Network Monitor Not showing all data
They will show as online on the Device Manager if they are using data. If they're not, they will appear idle to the router. To test if this is the reason, try puttng data through one of the 'offline' devices. Does it then show as online?

Re: Device Manager / Network Monitor Not showing all data
Ok - are you on the latest firmware 2.3.2.40? https://kb.netgear.com/000060464/XR500-Firmware-Version-2-3-2-40
Please upgrade to it if you have not already.
And could you list out some/all of the devices that refuse to appear online?
Thanks.

Re: Device Manager / Network Monitor Not showing all data
Have you tried rebooting the router to see if it clears the issue like the previous poster?

Re: Device Manager / Network Monitor Not showing all data
The only way I can get it to work is by rebooting. Are there any fixes to this.

Re: Device Manager / Network Monitor Not showing all data
And then the issue just comes back? Do you know how long it approximately takes for the problem to occur?
