Device Manager Not Showing Connected Device

Would be happy to. I downloaded PingPlotter on my Mac which is connected to a LAN port on the XR500. What do I need to do? Have never used this software before. Or do I need to find something like it that runs from the Pi (it's a model 3B+)?

PingPlotter or a similar program if you can find it should run on the Pi itself. Then just capture the traffic and use the Pi how you normally would.
