Heads battered dm200 , xr500 and plusnet U.K. - can get the dm200 setup and connect to Internet no problems , have put dm200 into bridge mode - xr500 connected via yellow port on both , internet led on xr500 is red/orange or Ethernet connected.
Have put vlan settings into wan but can't get the tick to highlight for some reason, anyway with out without this setting the internet setup wizard finds nothing and putting my account settings in manually do nothing still says down/disconnected.
I thought I was tech savvy but this is doing my nut in , could anyone point me in the right direction as I'm struggling now. I wish it was as easy as the setup video!!!!
I was thinking of picking a DM200 up to replace the BT modem I am using I am also with plusnet might be worth looking on ebay for an HG612 BT openreach modem as that is what I am using with my XR500.
