Double NAT Issue on XR500 and DM200 Vdsl Modem

I have a connection with the DM200 in router mode at the expense of a double NAT, but not as soon as I switch to modem mode

It might be best to call Netgear Support from: http://support.netgear.com/ as the DM200 is theirs as well they probably have a better idea than I about configuring them together.
