Download connection problem

Hello, I have a problem, every time I download I have regular interruptions, the modem of my operator is not interrupting the download. I reset the Netgear + my modem always the same problem,I am on cable internet.

Could you please let us know the specific router you're using and which firmware version it's currently running?

Is it just specifically in Chrome you're having this issue? Does the problem occur in other browsers too?

Internet cable could be anything. It could be fibre to the home, cable internet, dsl, etc. 

What actual modem/gateway is the router connected to?

Fibre connection  , Modem Freebox POP

Not much info on the freebox (thats in english) but it looks like its own modem/router combo device? 

do you have the XR500's IP address entered into the freebox's DMZ? Or the freebox in passthrough mode?

my modem is a bridge mode,my ipv6 is in passthrough mode

What happens if you put the modem back in router mode and put the xr's IP address into its DMZ? it wouldn't be the first passthrough mode that didn't function properly

Also just to note, I've seen this happen a lot when your device doesn't have enough room/storage to download the whole file so double check you have enough space

I recommend changing the DHCP default IP address range to 192.168.1.100 to .200 as well on the router.

I can't select the netgear in the dmz of my router, it doesn't find the ip

Copy the WAN IP from the XR System Information page then you can put it in the ISP modem/router DMZ
