DumaOs Help (XR1000)
I opened dumaos and tried to confiugre geo filter settings. I always get this message "
RPC error 'ERROR_CMDFAIL': Exec '/usr/bin/geoip -m 2074 -f /tmp/geoip_ipc2' failed with 1
OK"
what does this mean? can someone help me with this problem. I would greatly appreciate it.

Re: DumaOs Help (XR1000)
When did you first see the issue - was it after changing settings etc? I'd recommend you first start with a reboot, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then.

Re: DumaOs Help (XR1000)
Hello,
I just get new XR1000, using latest firmware (Version 1.0.0.58) and I have the same issue with Geofilter.. if I do anything in geofilter I will get those error messages:
RPC error 'ERROR_CMDFAIL': Exec '/usr/bin/geoip -f /tmp/geoip_ipc2 -h -a "47" -l "18"' failed with 1
RPC error 'ERROR_CMDFAIL': Exec '/usr/bin/geoip -P /data/dumaos/rapp- data/com.netdumasoftware.geofilter/data/usr/polygon.json -f /tmp/geoip_ipc2' failed with 1
RPC error 'ERROR_NOENT': Rule not found in chain
any ideas what is wrong?

Re: DumaOs Help (XR1000)
Can you please do the following:
- Remove all device profiles in Geo-filter
- Click the three-line menu in the top-left and hit 'Flush Cloud'
- Wait 2 minutes, then reboot the router
- Go back to Geo-filter after a few minutes and re-add your device
Let us know if you have any further issues after doing this.
