Error: R-App is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute.
I’m Receiving this error when attempting to view the network monitor, QOS or even device manager . I did see the other topic where I downgraded firmware to 2.1 but that didn’t solve the issue?
Any help would be appreciated.

You might see this for a couple of minutes after upgrading, but it should then disappear (as some items are downloaded from the Internet).
Are you still seeing the error? What version of the firmware do you have?

I have upgraded to the latest firmware (
V2.3.2.32) and I’m still receiving the same error? Thank you in advance

Are you using Chrome or Firefox? Please do so if not.
If you are, try using it in incognito mode. Does that fix it? If so, there's an extension (probably security, firewall or adblocker) which is causing problems.
If neither of those suggestions work, do you have another PC you can quickly test with to see if it also has the same problem?

Re: Error: R-App is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute.
I am using Chrome, tried incognito mode without any luck. Tried another laptop as well with the same results, including my iPhone.
I did run the dev console while it attempts to load and it looks like it's reporting 500 errors here are the first two:

Retrying rpc assume reboot: com.netdumasoftware.devicemanager::get_online_interfaces

Re: Error: R-App is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute.
Thanks. Try this:
- Upgrade back to the .32 firmware
- Then reinstall it again (sounds weird I know)
- Do you still get the issue? If so, try a factory reset: https://kb.netgear.com/000053098/How-do-I-perform-a-factory-reset-on-my-Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-router
Does that fix it?

Hi there,
Reapplying the firmware didn't do the trick, however the factory reset did. Thank for your support hopefully this sticks.
