Slight update. The connection drops every 30 minutes on the dot, same exact seconds and everything. A note in the logs says the internet connection has connected, so now I'm assuming it's network wide instead of just the ethernet ports. Any suggestions? I can't think of anything off-hand.

It's a strange mix of symptoms. I'd suggest that it was an issue between your modem and your router, except that you say WiFi remains unaffected. I notice that all of the ethernet adapters you've used are connected to one computer. Do you have a laptop, tablet or anything that can be connected via ethernet? I would like to know if the problem occurs on this device as well.

Hi Alex,
I've confirmed that it does happen to another device, and is actually happening across the network now that I've looked into it. It appears that it may have something to do with the DHCP lease/renew time from my ISP since it happens every 30 minutes on the dot? I've checked across the Netduma forums, and it appears there have been a few cases like mine that have shown up. I've posted over there myself, and got a reply from Frayser who I sent some logs. I can send them to you as well if you would like.
