Geo-Filter Australian server

Hi, can anyone shed some light on an issue for me.

I have noticed that on my Geo-filter map there appears to be a server in Australia that keeps cropping up. It only appears when I play some games. I will attach some images of this. I seem to get a >250ms ping to it and I am not sure am I actually connecting to this server? Gameplay can be so jittery and lag a lot when this happens I think. I have no managed to add it to the deny list of servers but still unsure why it's showing up. If I have left important information out, please let me know.

 

Any information anyone can provide would be really appreciated.

I have SKY IRL internet @ 500mbs with Nighthawk XR1000 connected directly to fibre unit (no SKY router in use), XBX SX connected via high-speed CAT6 ethernet cable, my Nighthawk is on "XR1000 1.0.0.68_1.0.54" firmware.

    Are you actually connecting to it or is it being blocked as based on your settings it should be getting blocked, unless it's been whitelisted (appears with a solid white circle around it) which would be because it's used for IPv6 but it won't be your ping to the game server.
