I think it's unlikely that two ports out of four would be broken so I think that's a good enough test to determine that it's probably not specific to one port. It sounds like this may be a hardware issue.

- Netduma-FraserJul 10, 2019NetDuma PartnerIf that was the problem then yes. A slight increase in ping like that I don't think would be down to a faulty port. It's more likely that QoS is not optimised for your connection at the moment.
