NAT Type is strict after hooking up new XR500
I just purchased a xr500 router. we have 2 xbox ones and a ps4 and they all say nat type strict. Any way to fix this problem?

What is the mfr and model# of the ISP modem? Built in router here? If so,

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem.
ALso if you have more than one game console online at the same time playing the same game, change the NAT Filter from Secure to OPEN to achive OPEN NAT status across all game consoles:
