NETGEAR XR500 LAN Access From Remote Logs

I know that the logs on DumaOS go wild and lead to a lot of false scares, but I still wanted to double check this. I don't often go into my logs, but I do every once in a while to make sure that there's nothing wild going on. I was looking last night and noticed that I'm getting a bunch of reports for the [Lan access from remote]. I was looking at the IP that they were trying to connect to, but couldn't find any devices with that IP. After a little more looking around, I realized that it was the address listed in my "WAN Setup" tab. Should I be worried? Is there anything that I can do if this is real? UPnP is disabled and I'm not port forwarding. I'm still pretty basic on my understanding of everything, so if we can stick with simple answers, that would be best! I've attached some logs so you can see, and replaced my WAN address.

As long as you don't have remote management enabled in Advanced Settings then I wouldn't worry at all. Side note but you should have UPnP enabled if you're not using port forwarding.

I don't have remote managment enabled. What had me worried was the serious drop in speed that I had yesterday when all of this was going on. My Apple TV kept buffering, Xbox was stuttering (even with an okay ping), and when I ran a speed test it was lower than it has ever been.

I'm thinking port forwarding will be what I go with over UPnP.

I don't think that would have caused it, could be to do with other factors such as peak time congestion etc. UPnP is easier as all devices require ports so could run into issues if ports aren't forwarded correctly for a device whereas UPnP will take care of it automatically.
