Netgear Nighthawk 1900 Dropping Internet connectivity
Ok so I have a Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 router
I have recently had multiple issues with this router dropping the internet connection but still showing connected on most devices. This happened very shortly after the warenty expired, very surprising..........
I initially would reset the entire system (Modem and Router) when this happened occasionally and that would fix the problem. But it apears since the latest firmeware version came out (July) it has been dropping frequently. It has gotten worse now to every hour or so.
I have done quite a bit of troubleshooting most of the things I've tried are listed below:
Hardwire to the Modem - Successful
Hardwire to the Router - Successful
Connected to 2.4 band - issues
Connected to 5 band - issues
Updated router firmware- issues
Reverted the router firmware - issues
Backed up settings and restored router - issues
Changed the channel on both the 2.4 and 5 wifi - issues (possible improvement but still dropping)
Please let me know if there is something else I can try other than getting another router.

AC1900 is a speed, not a model.
Which router do you have?
What firmware is on it? (please don't say the latest)
What modem is it connected to?
