Looks like it yes, give your devices static/reserved IPs in LAN Settings as well please and see if that helps.

Again Disconnect,
i really dont know why...
Look at this DDos Attacks in that Time when i got Disconnect, maybe this could be the reason?

That's unlikely as the IP belongs to Amazon and DoS attacks are nothing to worry about - they're just connections you've come in contact with. Could you disable QoS entirely from the Anti-Bufferbloat 3 line option menu please and see if it still happens? Hi my friend, i fixed the disconnects Problem, but now have new problem.
My Samsung TV, wont open any iptv they blocking everything, when i connect my samsung tv to my iphone then it opend any iptv channel without problems, what can i do here?

Did you disable QoS entirely? If not try that, that's a likely cause.

Can you follow these steps:
Plugin a USB device to DUT. Open debug page:
http://192.168.1.1/debug.htm
Select the checkbox
“Enable WAN/LAN Packet Capture”.
Choose “USB Device” in store location.
Click "Start Capture" button.
Once issue occurs, press the Button “Save debug log”.
Send the log to @TimChang please
