PSPatricko OK thanks for letting me know, that's likely just a case of Connection Benchmark not reporting your speeds properly, I believe we've now got a working patch for this so you can expect that in the next firwmare version. You can still set your speeds in QoS to be what you're actually getting and everything else should function normally for you.
need help my x500 will stop workin wifi & lan port i need to factory reset every 5 or 6 hr cuz it will stop workin? i did the new update and having this problem any fix ?
a mi me paso con los raps, no me cargaban , Fraiser me dio solucion, por otro lado cierto es, que me canso de reiniciar el router cada dia antes de ponerme a jugar porque si no ,no funciona Netduma!!!
ANGELsorry Please make sure you factory reset the XR after upgrading firmware. This is reccommended if you experience issues after an upgrade to ensure you're starting from a clean slate.
Notice that the NH app can't connect remotely to the XR router from outside the local network:
Any settings on the XR web page I can check on?
I checked on this again locally and there is a Remote Management option under Admin. I was not enabled so I enabled it and set it to Everyone. Still can't connect remotely using the NH app. I presume there maybe a problem between the NH app and remote accesss in the FW.
